session one Basket ball

On Tuesday we had basket ball training and i was happy because sometime me and my friends play basket ball on  the counts we lean a lot of safe from the couch we lean how to do butt kicks but this was just for worming up so we did skip was hard but some off them where east like hand to hand but i did no what it was called but i hope the couch tell as next time then we had some races it was fun then we where finish.
